Dished Only Heads

Dished only type heads are used in a wide array of applications including reinforcement pads on pressure vessels, domed roofs for large storage tanks, vacuum chambers, wear plates, and liners. These heads can be formed from carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum and other ferrous and non-ferrous metals and alloys. Dished-only heads can be formed in 4" to unlimited diameters and in a thickness range of 16 GA - 2.5" thick.

Flared and dished heads (also sometimes called hat-heads) are used in a wide array of industrial non code applications including bolt-on covers, hinged covers, tank ends and baffles.  These heads can be formed from carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum and other ferrous and non-ferrous metals and alloys.  Flared and dished hat-heads can be formed in 4” to 84” diameters in a thickness range from 14 GA to ½”.
